Valentina Cerutti was born in Omegna (VB), Italy in 1989. She is graduated in M.Sc. in Environmental and Energy Engineering at University of Genoa. She spent two periods of study and research aboard at Vrjie Universiteit Brussel and at University of Nottingham. She developed her Master Thesis on the creation of EDIT methodology in collaboration with CIMA Foundation and the Nottingham Geospatial Institute, with support of prof. Mike Jackson and Dr. Kristin Stock. She is currently involved in the EDIT Task of DEA project.

Silvia De Angeli was born  in Imperia, Italy in 1989. She is graduated in M.Sc. in Environmental and Energy Engineering at University of Genoa. She spent a period of study and research aboard at Vrjie Universiteit Brussel. She  developed her Master Thesis on the creation of diversified multi-hazard risk scenarios in collaboration with CIMA Foundation and the Department of Geography of Vrjie Universiteit of Brussel, with support of prof. Matthieu Kervyn. She is currently working as trainee at CIMA Foundation developing  the European RASOR Project.

Stefania Traverso is the Director of DEA Project. She graduated in M.Sc. Environment and Territory Engineering at University of Genoa. She is a specialist in Geospatial Intelligence and Geospatial Information Systems for the management of environmental risks and global security. She works as GIS Advisor at CIMA Foundation and as a freelance expert on geospatial sciences. She participated as lecturer and trainer to GIS courses in the framework of international experiences for Managers of Civil Protection and , since 2010, she covers the role of adjunct professor of GIS at the University of Genoa.
